Sarah Kate has been employed with Conover Veterinary Hospital since 2014. She has a beautiful red pitbull (Zoey). In 2017 the doctors promoted Sarah Kate to Practice Manager. In her spare time Sarah Kate enjoys spending time with her family and friends and going to Disney World.
Wendy originates from England and is quite the talented knitter! She has been with Conover Veterinary Hospital since 2000. She has 1 dog (Cocoa). Wendy has 2 children, 1 boy and 1 girl. In her spare time Wendy enjoys reading, gardening and painting.
Angelina has been employed with Conover Veterinary Hospital since 2016. She has been married to her husband, Abel for 5 years. They have 5 small dogs- Doshie, Kato, Zero, Cherub and Adalina and 2 bunnies-Rosie and Lavender. She fosters for a local rescue. Recently she has been training to be a veterinary assistant at CVH.
Sarah has been employed with Conover Veterinary Hospital since 2014. She has 5 dogs (Ava, Bailey, Peanut, Pearl and Bernadette). She fosters and transports frequently for local rescues. Sarah has been married to her husband James for 31 years, and has a daughter living in New York as an athletic trainer. In their spare time they love to travel to new and exciting destinations.
Tabatha has been employed with Conover Veterinary Hospital since 2017. She has 1 dog (Chloe) and a 65 gallon saltwater aquarium full of beautiful fish and coral. Tabatha has been married to her husband, Brian for 6 years and they have 3 kids. In her spare time she works as a personal assistant to a published author, and loves to read and spend time with her husband and kids. She also helps with marketing and special projects with CVH.
Brandy has been employed with Conover Veterinary Hospital since 2003. She has 1 dog (Mack), 1 rescue (Bruno) and 3 cats (Willow, Leafa and Brownie). She has been married to Shawn for 10 years and they have 2 children-1 boy, 1 girl. Brandy is certified in Companion Laser Therapy and when she isn’t working, Brandy enjoys spending time with family or curling up with a good book.
Lisa has been employed with Conover Veterinary Hospital since 2014. When she isn’t at work she enjoys spending time with family on the family farm with her horses, Comanche and Monkey. She has 2 dogs (Peanut and Bell'e) and 2 guinea pigs (Oreo and Cookie Dough). She has been married to her husband, Terry since 2002. In May of 2018, Lisa graduated from Gaston College with her degree in Veterinary Medical Technology. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys reading, riding ATV’s and hiking.
Tracy has been employed with Conover Veterinary Hospital since 2005. She has 1 dog (Cabela), 1 guinea pig (Bubbles), 1 rabbit (Clover), 2 frogs and a freshwater fish tank. She has been married to her husband, Coyet for 6 years. In her spare time, Tracy and Coyet love to hunt, fish, hiking and camping. Tracy has always had a heart for helping animals.
Chelsey interned at Conover Veterinary Hospital and was hired on in 2017. She has 2 dogs (Teddy and Charlie) and 1 kitty (Gizmo). She graduated from Bunker Hill High School in 2017. In her spare time she likes to spend time with her boyfriend, family and friends.
Jasmine has been employed with Conover Veterinary Hospital since 2018. She has 2 cats (Gage and Silas). She will be marrying her soul-mate in September, Kristian. She has a Bachelor’s of Science degree from University of North Carolina, Wilmington in Marine Biology. In her spare time she loves to read, sing, play video and computer games and hanging out with family.
Natalie has been working with Dr. Bumbarger since 1987. She has 5 cats (Blackie, Boo, Cosmo, Sneakers and Lolo) and 1 dog (Lucy). She has been married to her husband, Terry for 33 years. She has 1 daughter and 1 son and just recently became a grandma! Natalie has been a Veterinary Assistant for 10 years. She is also as a Certified Surgical Technologist (for 21 years). In her spare time she likes to hike with her dog, camp, travel, cook and spend time with her family.
Nicole started at Conover Veterinary Hospital in 2016. She has 2 dogs (Oscar and Gracie). She recently graduated from Gaston College to get her Veterinary Technician degree. In her spare time she loves taking her furbabies to the beach to run on the sand.
Lillian has been employed with Conover Veterinary Hospital since 2016 and works in the kennel, as a tech and in our reception area. She has 4 dogs (Lennon, Julian, Dot and Sophie) and fosters for a local foster. She started working at Alexander County Animal Control when she was 18 years old and still volunteers at animal shelters in the area. When she isn’t working she enjoys spending time with her family and going to the mountains.
Emily has been with Conover Veterinary hospital since 2017. She has 2 dogs (Pokey and Cali) and 3 cats (Gabby, Sophie and Chloe). Emily is a full time student at Appalachian State studying cellular/molecular biology. She volunteered at Alexander Animal Services for 2 ½ years. In Emily’s spare time she likes to read.
Jonathan has been employed by Conover Veterinary Hospital since 2014. He recently graduated from NC State University with a degree in Animal Science and a minor in Agriculture Business Management. When he isn't working, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his beautiful girlfriend, 4 dogs and cheering on the Wolfpack!
Morgan has employed with Conover Veterinary since 2019. She has an orange tabby cat (Boogie), 2 gerbils (Quack and Pepper) and a small freshwater aquarium. Morgan is currently a senior at Lincoln Charter School and once she graduates she hopes to further her education in Australia at James Cook University studying Marine Biology. In her spare time, Morgan enjoys traveling, baking and is involved in her school's theatre department.
Tonya has been with Conover Veterinary Hospital since 2019. She loves coming home as her furbabies (2 dogs and 1 cat who enjoys snuggling up to her at bedtime) are always so happy to see her walk in the door! When she is home, her favorite thing to do is sit of the front porch and let them play in the yard. Tonya has been married to her husband Scott for 5 years, has 2 daughters (Alexis and Chelsea and 3 grandsons (Waylon, Andrew and Levi).
Josh has been with Conover Veterinary Hospital since 2019. His dog of 14 years, Sam, crossed over the Rainbow Bridge May of this year. Josh enjoys reading, listening and playing music and playing video games in his spare time.
